Hi, I’m Rachel Walls, former post-doctoral marine biologist turned wellness coach.

The problem is that many of us were raised and programmed to put the needs of others, like our loved ones or employers, before our own.
It’s normalised in our culture to think of ourselves last, or not at all.
In fact, putting ourselves first is often shamed and labelled “selfish”.
