How are you supposed to carve out more time for self-care and hobbies when you don’t even have enough to do everything else?! It’s hard to solve this on your own because it’s not clear exactly what’s driving this cyclical pattern of overcommitting then crashing.

I’m guessing you’ve already tried the obvious tricks like better sleep hygiene, regular exercise, healthy diet, and meditation. And I’m guessing that even if they provided some relief, they didn’t solve your problems in the long run.

But while these self-care practises are important tools for adjusting your behaviour, they’re difficult to access when you’re feeling depleted, and they don’t actually get to the root of the problem. They focus on symptom management only.

My sensitivity, personal experience with depletion, and the gazillion modalities I’ve tried and tested have collectively made me an expert in overcoming overwhelm, recovering from and preventing burnout, and setting healthy boundaries (with self and others). I’ve figured out the most effective tools that don’t require life-long financial investment and take up relatively little time and effort to implement and make habitual.

My approach is effective because it’s tried and tested (by me and my past/current clients), and importantly, tailored to your individual needs. I’ve combined the most effective tools I've found into one coaching program for ease and efficiency: Overwhelmed to Empowered.

You get to decide what your life looks like. When you overcome your fears around saying no to things and realise how freeing that is, you’ll notice your mindset shift and your energy increase. When you structure your day to raise your natural energy baseline, you’ll have the energy you need to do your job well and fill your evenings and weekends with the things you love (including rest). You’ll feel energised and excited about your life. You’ll feel happy because you’ll know that you’re meeting all your needs.

This program is for you if:

    • You’re ready to do big work but aren’t clear on exactly what that is or how to start
    • You’re interested in personal growth but can’t see how to make it happen in your current non-stop, low-energy predicament
    • You realise this isn’t just about you, it’s about showing up for you and for the other people in your life more consistently and sustainably
    • You’re willing to put aside at least an hour a day to prioritise yourself and this work

This program isn’t for you if you don’t feel the need for any change to your current life situation. It’s also not for you if you’re too busy with other commitments to make yourself a priority for at least one hour per day. This program takes commitment, so you’ve got to be willing to show up for yourself, consistently, to get desired results.

Program Sructure

Session 1: Onboarding

A deep dive into every area of your life. We'll dig deep and decide which area/s to focus on for the next 4 months. We'll set goals specific to this focus area for the following two weeks

Based on the session, I'll send you follow-up affirmations and a meditation recording specific to your goal/s

I'll prepare a life script for our next session. This is essentially the ultimate affirmation script written specific to your needs and desires

Session 2

Check-in and ongoing goal-setting and/or adjustment. We'll review the life script together and tweak if needed.

Specific content will depend on your needs and goals. It will be tailored to you each week and will include a combination of coaching, education, and techniques such as guided visualisation, energy cleansing, somatic processing, and more

Based on the session, I'll send you follow-up affirmations and you'll make a recording of your life script and start listening to it in the morning or evening

Sessions 3–8

Check-in and ongoing goal-setting and/or adjustment. 

Specific content will depend on your needs and goals. It will be tailored to you each week and will include a combination of coaching, education, and techniques such as guided visualisation, energy cleansing, somatic processing, and more

Based on the session, I'll send you follow-up affirmations and a meditation recording or "homework" exercise specific to your goal/s

Session 9

Check-in and ongoing goal-setting and/or adjustment. 

Specific content will depend on your needs and goals. It will be tailored to you each week and will include a combination of coaching, education, and techniques such as guided visualisation, energy cleansing, somatic processing, and more

Based on our entire time together, I'll send you a final follow-up with parting suggestions for ongoing self-care practises, meditations, affirmations, and other resources you can start leaning on now that you're on the mend and back in your power.

1. How do I know if this program is right for me?

This program is designed for people who feel stuck in a cycle of overcommitment, overwhelm, and burnout. If you're ready to prioritize your well-being, tackle limiting beliefs, and regain your energy and confidence, this program is for you. It's also a great fit if you're highly sensitive, push yourself really hard at work, generally set high standards for yourself, have a pattern of all-or-nothing thinking, or have struggled with setting boundaries in the past.

2. What if I don’t have time to commit to this program?

Making time for yourself is one of the key elements of this program. While it requires about an hour of commitment daily for self-reflection, practice, or rest, this time is designed to give back more energy than it takes. Together, we'll also work on creating a sustainable schedule that supports your goals. If you don't think you can set aside an hour a day to focus on yourself, then this program probably isn't for you.

3. What happens during the coaching sessions?

Each session is tailored to your specific needs. We'll start with a deep dive to identify the areas that need focus. Sessions may include goal-setting, coaching, education, guided visualization, energy work, or somatic techniques. Between sessions, you'll receive affirmations, meditations, or "homework" exercises to support your progress. If you're located in Vancouver, BC, we can meet in-person if you like. Otherwise, sessions can be either virtual or over the phone, depending on your preference.

4. What kind of results can I expect?

I want to emphasise here that the key to getting results is you putting in the work. Showing up to our sessions alone is not going to solve your problems. That's only about 20% of the work. It's the regular commitment to making lasting changes to your daily life that creates results. Clients that make time for the work have felt more energized, confident, and in control of their lives. You'll gain tools to manage overwhelm, set boundaries, and create a lifestyle that aligns with your values and needs. The ultimate goal is to help you move from feeling stuck and depleted to empowered and thriving.

5. I’ve tried other coaching programs or self-help techniques before. What makes this one different?

This program goes beyond symptom management. It addresses the root causes of burnout and overwhelm by uncovering and shifting limiting beliefs and patterns. It’s highly personalized, integrating evidence-based tools with intuitive, compassionate coaching to create lasting change.

6. What if I need additional support between sessions?

You’ll have unlimited email access to me for questions or guidance between sessions. Additionally, if needed, you can schedule one 30-minute bonus coaching call each month at no extra charge. If you still require extra support, there is the option to book additional coaching sessions with me outside of the scope of this package. They cost $75 for 30-minutes, or $150 for 1-hour. If cost is an issue though, I offer a sliding scale. Just let me know and we'll figure that out together.

7. Are payment plans available?

Yes. I offer a sliding scale for non-profit workers and other low-income folks. Contact me to discuss a plan that works for you. Typically, if you're unable to pay the full amount upfront, one payment would be taken per month for each of the four months we work together, each covering one-quarter of the program cost. It's important to note that if you drop out, the payments will continue to be charged monthly until the full amount is paid.

I offer a free 20-minute Discovery Call to help you clarify your goals and determine if this program is right for you. This call is pressure-free and gives you an opportunity to "meet" me and see if the vibe feels right.
